SPOKESPERSON for the Rawlingses, Kofi Adams has welcomed the decision of Ghana�s Electoral Commission (EC) not to support the regional bloc voting being proposed by the ruling party at its upcoming delegates� congress, saying such a move will only bring disunity into the NDC.
