On Saturday, 24th February 2024, a group of us travelled from Accra to Dzodze on the Ghana-Togo border for what has graduated into a Ghanaian weekend pastime! We went for the funeral of a bereaved colleague. Knowing the heavy traffic at the Tema-Motorway Interchange-Dahwenya- Miotso route, we left home before 6am. Still that was not good enough to escape the heavy east-bound gridlock.
