Prof. Smart Sarpong, Director of the Institute of Research, Innovation, and Development at Kumasi Technical University, has lashed out at the conduct of some foreign nations relative to the passage of Ghana's anti-gay bill for parading themselves as though they do not benefit from Ghanaians.
