The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Blood Service, Dr Shirley Owusu Ofori, faces scrutiny as the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament (PAC) has referred her to the Attorney General's office for alleged breaches of the Public Procurement Act (PPA).
