The CEO of the National Lottery Authority, Mr. Sammi Awuku has revealed that the New Patriotic Party came to inherit a heavy debt left by the NDC-led government. Speaking on Peace FM's Kokrokoo morning show, the NLA boss revealed when the NPP-led government assumed office, much of the revenues that were accrued were used to service the debt and its related interest left behind by the NDC.
