A former Central Regional Minister and a member of the New Patriotic Party, Hon. Kwamena Duncan has advised teachers not to give the former President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, a listening ear. According to the honourble former minister, Mr. Mahama referred to all teachers as thieves.
