Mr Kwame Gyan, the lawyer for the Inspector General of Police (IGP), George Akuffo-Dampare, says the chairman of the committee probing the leaked tape of the plot to remove the IGP, Atta Akyea, has turned the police chief from a victim of the situation into an accused person.
