A member of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr.John Ndebugri, has advised the Lower Manya MP, Hon. Michael Teye Nyaunu, to lodge a formal complaint with the Chief Justice over his claims that President Mills is not in good health and thereby, incapacitated to run the affairs of the country.
