Ghana�s Ambassador to the Czech Republic and former Special aide to ex-President Rawlings, Victor Smith, says he is frustrated at the current internal wrangling in the ruling NDC and believes the approach used by the party leadership in trying to iron out differences between the founder, Jerry Rawlings and President Mills was wrong.
