Some few weeks ago, I met a young woman who narrated how her 11 year old girl was defiled by a 45 year old man in their neighbourhood; she had to nurse the wound and pain of her daughter a class five pupil all alone, whiles the perpetrator walked free because she could not afford to pay GH¢300 medical bill to support the prosecution’s evidence.
