His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills, in delivering his second State of the Nation Address since coming into office in January last year, may have stirred the hornets� nest by quoting figures and passing some comments. But perhaps what riled the Minority in Parliament and some Ghanaians at large, was the remark that he did not promise to put money in people�s pockets during his campaign in the run-up to the 2008 General Elections.
