General Secretary of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia has chastised the Akufo-Addo government and the Parliamentary Service Board for planning to construct a $200 million, 450-seater Parliamentary Chamber with auxiliary facilities.
