General Secretary of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia is alleging that the chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) Mrs. Jean Mensa has already prepared documents to hand over the database of the voters’ register to a Ghanaian Company.
