Unconfirmed reports say the founder and leader of the Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOA) in Nigeria, Prophet T.B Joshua is currently building a residential accommodation on top of the Sewerage plant near the Achimota School in Accra, blocking the flow of both liquid and solid waste from the school community.
