The Central Regional Propaganda Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Bernard Allotey Jacobs has taken a swipe at Prof. D.K. Agyeman, a lecturer at the Cape Coast University over his recent attacks on President John Evans Atta Mills.
