Defeated Eastern regional chairman of the national democratic congress Mr Tawiah Boateng has accused director of elections and aspiring national chairman, Mr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and former Ghana's ambassador to the united kingdom Mr. victor smith of causing his defeat.
