Communication Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Solomon Nkansah, has described as needles, the restoration of the trainee nurses’ allowance by President Akufo-Addo’s New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration, virtually implying that a future NDC government would abolish it.
