General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Rev Dr. Isaac Owusu Bempah has expressed his disappointment in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) serial caller Appiah Stadium for not showing remorse after he was pardoned by President Nana Akufo Addo.
