The flagbearer of the Peoples National Convention (PNC), Dr. Edward Nasigri Mahama has described governments’ decision of purchasing power barges to solve the country’s energy crisis as “brainless and a lazy approach.” According to him “the introduction of the power barge is not only a knee-jerk approach but a lazy and brainless approach to kill Ghanaians with unbearable tariffs.
