The 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says residents living in the northern part of the Western Region, who ply the roads in that part of the country on a daily basis, will decide on December 7, whether those roads have been constructed by President Mahama or not.
