The 2012 New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Tamale North constituency Akilu Sayibu has called on the rank and file of the party in the Northern Region to rally behind Chairman Bugiri Naabu to enable the party to implement effective and winnable campaign strategies to ensure victory in December.
