The Presidential Transition Amendment Bill 2016 which seeks to amend the Presidential (Transition) Act 2012 (Act 845) to deal with the lapses identified in the Act, was taken through the second reading stage in Parliament today following a motion moved by the Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Mrs Marietta Brew Appiah.
