Mr Abu Ramadan, a former National Youth Organiser of the People’s National Convention (PNC) has said he and his team of layers are willing to collaborate with the Electoral Commission (EC) to identify and remove the names of individuals who used National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) cards to register as voters, if the commission commits to a transparent process.
