The 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has assured the fishing community across the coastal belt of the country that his government, God-willing from January 2017, will ban the practice of pair-trawling in Ghana’s territorial waters.
