The Birim Central Municipal Assembly has endorsed Mr Kwabena Nkansah � Asare, the immediate past Presiding Member of the assembly and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for the 2012 general election, as the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the municipality.
