Hon. Kweku Agyeman Manu, Chairman of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament has asked the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) government led by President Mahama to bury its head in shame for turning to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for bailout.
