Alhaji Nii Markwei Dawda, the Kwesimintsim constituency propaganda secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the Effia constituency chairman of the party, Alidu Mohammed of misappropriating proceeds from public toilets and school feeding programme in the two constituencies.
