New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Manhyia South, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, says eventhough the Mahama-led government is not living up to its expectations, he will prefer that administration to that of Ex-President John Jerry Rawlings.
