General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic party (NPP), Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie has said counsel for the NDC, Tsatsu Tsikata can play his delay tactics in his cross examination to elongate the case since he knows President John Dramani Mahama is not an eligible President.
