The Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona West, Mr Charles Obeng-Inkoom, has called on heads of departments in the municipality to be punctual to work to increase productivity and growth. He said lateness and absenteeism could have negative effects on the decentralisation policy aimed at promoting development.
