Amissah-Arthur says retaining NDC is appreciation to late President Mills

Retaining National Democratic Congress (NDC) at next Friday�s general poll would be a gratitude to the late President John Evans Atta Mills for his vision for Ghana, Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has said.
