The deputy Finance Minister, Fifi Kwetey has denied colluding with a deputy Information Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and the ruling NDC�s Propaganda Secretary Richard Quashigah to plot against Mr. Rawlings�s celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the June 4 uprising.
