Black Stars stand-in Captain Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has said, the team is capable of winning matches without their substantive and inspirational captain Asamoah Gyan.
Badu, in an interview with the media, said the team was always ready to deliver with or without the skipper, since they have lived as a family and ready to fight for each other.
“Asamoah is a wonderful striker and a great player to us, but Jordan and Waris did a great job for us in our game against Mozambique.
"We missed Asamoah in both games, but the team is focused and without Asamoah, we can make it,” Badu noted.
Badu was the stand in captain when Gyan and Andre Ayew were declared unfit for both games.
Ghana went on to play a goalless draw game with Mozambique in Maputo without the service of Gyan.
