Asante Kotoko was named best club of the Year 2014 by the Sports writers Association of Ghana.
Kotoko won both the league and the FA cup in the year under review and was rightfully crowned the best club of the 2014/2015 league season.
The team then coached by Mas-Ud Dramani swept all the domestic trophies available.
The Porcupine Warriors rounded off competition from Hearts of Lions and Hearts of Oak to lift the league trophy.
They had to come back from a goal down to beat Inter Allies 2-1 in the MTN FA cup final.
The win was a historic one as it was the first time in the illustrious history of the club that they won the double.
