Ghana forward Andre Ayew has been adjudged the Best African player in Ligue 1 in a latest top 10 ranking released by France Football.
The 25-year-old is ranked ahead of Tunisian Wahbi Khazri who has scored eight goals with five assists for Bordeaux.
France Football in the justification of their rankings said: �In the game, his influence is undeniable. Andre Ayew is the one who directs the operation, impulse, command, replace the voice and gesture.�
This is the second accolade of its kind handed to the Olympique Marseille star.
Ayew, son of Ghana legend was in 2013 named amongst 11 nominees to receive the annual Marc-Vivian Foe award for their sterling performance in the French top flight.
Ivorian Max- Alain Gradel came third in the rankings despite scoring 10 goals and providing two assists for Saint Etienne.
Jordan Ayew, Lamine Sane, Aymen Abdennour and Nicolas Nkoulou follows suit in the rankings.
The rest are Clinton Njie, Aissa Mandi and Mexer.
