Ghana coach Sellas Tetteh has changed his first choice goalkeeper Muntawakilu Seidu for Wednesday’s African Youth Championship semi-final clash against Nigeria in Dakar after his unimpressive showing in their previous matches.
Seidu was unconvincing in the three Group matches and Tetteh has decided to introduce Berekum Chelsea ace Michael Sai. Sai is one of four changes rang in the starting line-up with Joseph Adjei returning to partner Joseph Aidoo in central defence.
Yaw Yeboah, who came off the bench in the 1-0 defeat to Mali, has returned to the starting line-up. Striker Benjamin Tetteh was rested for the final Group match after recovering from a knee injury.
The match will be played at the Stade Leopold Sedar Senghor Stadium in Dakar where Nigeria were based.
