Medeama will meet Zambia's ZESCO United in their CAF Confederation Cup penultimate qualifying round.
The Mauves advanced from the first round stage after recording a 4-2 aggregate win over Moroccan side MAS Fez despite losing 2-1 in the return leg on Saturday.
The Ghanaian FA Cup winners, making their continental debut will now face the three-time Zambian champions.
Medeama will stage the first leg on the weekend of March 21-23 at the Essipon Stadium
The return leg will be played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola between the weekend of 28-30.
