Berekum Chelsea head coach Hans Van der Plyum lauded his side�s performance after their 4-0 thrashing of AshantiGold a Glo Premier League clash on Sunday.
Captain Mohammed Basit opened the scoring from the spot before a strike from Awudu Moro in between a brace from Emmanuel Clottey completed the rout.
Van der Plyum was delighted with the result but commended his troops for their work rate on the training ground.
�I have also said that hard work at the training grounds pays off and with the determination of the players we are continuing to win,� Van der Plyum told the club�s website, berekumchelsea.com
�We will still work hard and get our team in top shape because we must win the title.
�But there are some weaknesses in our team and we will work on that for the rest of the matches.�
The defending champions are won four matches on the bounce are currently in second place and one point behind leaders Asante Kotoko.
Berekum Chelsea will travel to unbeaten Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday in the top liner.
