Hearts of Oak have agreed a two-year deal with free agent midfielder Obed Ansah, MTNFootball.com understands.
Ansah refused an extension after his contract with the Phobians run out at the end of last season.
A source told MTNFootball the player has been paid 14,000 Ghana cedis (US$ 9032) to beef up the squad.
Per the agreement, he will join Nebojsa Vucicevic�s side in January for the second half of the season.
The diminutive middle man was linked a move to Hearts� rivals Asante Kotoko after being declared a free agent by the Players Status Committee.
Ansah was also reported to be on the radar of South African Premier League side Bloemfontein Celtic.
