Ghanaian pair David Addy and Christian Atsu were in action for FC Porto in their 10-1 pre-season win over German lower tier Gutersloh FC on Sunday.
Addy, 21, has returned to Porto after spending last season on loan at relegated Academica de Coimbra.
19-year-old Atsu was signed from local side Cheetah FC and was promoted from the Porto team B side by the departed Andre Villas-Boas last season.
The two were introduced after the break alongside regulars Maicon, Otamendi, Joao Moutinho, Hulk and their influence was immense as they helped the team to score eight goals in 45 minutes.
Atsu, tagged New Messi, has vowed to hold down a starting berth in Porto while Addy is sure of a permanent first team place.
