Coach of Nigerias U-23 team Augustine Eguavon says he expects an explosive game against Ghana in the second leg of the All Africa Games qualifier on Saturday.
The Dream Team V currently hold a 3-1 advantage over the Black Meteors but Eguavon is fully aware of Ghanas intent to overturn this deficit in Kumasi.
I expect an explosive game against Ghana this weekend, He told Hot FM.
We have a lot of respect for the Ghana team and I am sure Ghanaians also have similar respect for us so i guess its going to be a very nice game.
The ex Nigeria international also sought to debunk rumours of referee bias in the first encounter a fortnight ago in Benin City.
Well, that is your opinion. We didnt score an offside goal or any of that sought so I dont know where this assertion is coming from.
We are well prepared and focused on the tasked ahead to make sure we beat Ghana this time around since they denied us the ticket for last terms All Africa Games, he added.
The Nigerian team is expected in town on Thursday where theyll immediately enplane to Kumasi where the match will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
