Ace Nigerian actor Richard Mofe-Damijo popularly called RMD has launched a campaign to assist colleague actor, Victor Olaotan who has been rendered crippled after a ghastly accident two years ago.
The campaign has attracted the likes of Nigerian mogul, Femi Otedola who has offered to settle all medical bills of the veteran actor.
The entrepreneur, chairman of Forte Oil PLC, and importer of fuel products as of the time of filing the report had contacted family of the actor to make arrangements to settle bills.
“I reached out to Femi asking for help for my friend and brother Victor and this morning, Femi calls to tell me he will take care of all Victor’s bills… I cannot contain my joy and gratitude,” RMD said in a post on his Instagram page.
RMD earlier in the week launched an app to solicit for funds to support the actor who is now bed-ridden and struggling to pay for medical services among other things.
He used the opportunity to thank fans and everyone who has contributed to this cause.
