Former Food and Agriculture Minister, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto has said he is having behind closed-doors meeting with party delegates to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) into the 2024 Presidential Elections.
According to him the most important step to his dream of salvaging the country from the economic mess is meeting with those entitled to elect the party flagbearer and convince them to vote for him to lead the party.
"We are having private party talks which is not for the public now, it is a party matter. There are many things going on that those of you outside will not know. Those responsible to elect the flagbearer know what is going on," he said on Peace FM's 'kokrokoo' programme.
