The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi says it is deceptive for the ruling government to include 'One village One dam' (1V1d) as part of its promises fulfilled.
Speaking on Neat FM, he said the Akufo-Addo led government had already deceived Ghanaians by digging dugouts in the Northern regions instead of the dams they were promised prior to election 2016.
According to Sammy Gyamfi, 'even the dugouts have dried up'.
"You didn’t fulfill your promise of one village one dam . . . you did dugouts and even that it has dried up during the harmattan . . . the dust emanating from the dugout is even more than the Sahara Desert," he added.
