GN Bank Limited has published the name of lawmaker Isaac Adongo, the main opposition National Democratic Congress’ MP for Bolga Central, as one of 80 of its clients who have defaulted in paying loans they took from the bank.
The publication was made by GN Bank in the state-owned Daily Graphic.
Mr Adongo’s name and picture appear as the 13th on the list of GN Bank’s loan defaulters.
IA Corporate Support Services Limited is written by Mr Adongo’s name and picture.
The bank directed Mr Adongo to contact its North Ridge branch “to settle your outstanding credit facility.”
Investigations by classfmonline.com indicate that IA Corporate Support Services Limited, which belongs to Mr Adongo, took a loan of GHS25,000 from GN Bank in the past and paid some of it.
It is, however, not clear how much of the loan was paid by IA Corporate Support Services Limited and how much is left to be paid.

Much i do about nothing. Who does not owe in this country? it was Adongo's company not himself. Even ex-president Kuffour owes a lot of money before he became president of Ghana. What about that.
Ah Mr. Adongo! So you can't even manage your own little finances and you're giving suggestions on how to run Ghana's economy? So we have someone with messed up credit as a law maker in Ghana? Can you imagine such a person as a minister of state? They have to check their credit before allowing them to run for political office. People who can't manage their own finances are managing Ghanas economy and we're wondering why the country is in its current state.
GN SAVINGS please pay us our money, we need it to survive.
Are you sure it is ADONGO the economic guru????
DISGRACEFUL INDEED.HE USED THE MONEY TO ENJOY DOG LIVER AND PITO
GHANA BANKS ARE BEING COLLAPSED BY POLITICIANS FOR THEIR FAILURE TO HONOUR THE PAYMENTS OF THEIR DEBTS.
BOLGATANGA ADAM SMITH
Very interesting, he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. Hon. Adongo please go and pay so that the bank can in return pay my sister who had her investment looked up there.
***barred word***!! banks don't owe people, it's their locked deposits As a result ***barred word*** like Adongo who have refused to realized that it's other peoples money that was given to him and he is not paying back.
