President John Mahama has recomposed Cabinet, replacing the Ministry of Transport with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing, a communication to Parliament said on Friday.
Thus, Dr Kwaku Agyemang Mensah, the newly appointed Minister of Water resources, Works and Housing swaps position with Mrs Dzifa Ativor, the Minister of Transport on Cabinet.
By the development, Cabinet Ministers now comprise the following; the ministries of Interior, Roads and Highways, Education, Defence, Finance, Power, Food and Agriculture, Health, Communications, Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation and Petroleum.
The rest are the ministries of Justice and Attorney-General’s Department, Water Resources, Works and Housing, Trade and Industry, Lands and Natural Resources, Employment and Labour Relations, Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Local Government and Rural Development, and Gender, Children and Social Protection.
