The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has served notice to undertake an emergency maintenance in some parts of Accra on Thursday, May 20.
The exercise will begin at 10:00am and end at 4:00pm.
This comes after a firm assurance by the Company to end the recent loadshedding programme in some parts of the Greater Accra Region.
According to the notice issued by the ECG, the emergency maintenance works is aimed at improving service delivery.
The areas to be affected are Amasaman, APC, Medie, Capital Hill, Asofa, Agya Appiah, John Teye, Ofankor, Fise, Pokuase Estates and parts of Tantra Hill.
“ECG regrets the inconvenience that will arise out of this exercise.”
