This mornings down pour compelled three Circuit Courts in Accra to hold its proceeding in the judges chambers.
The Circuit Courts five and eight were flooded after the early morning storm ripped-off the roofs of the building.
In Circuit Court five, which houses the Gender Based Violence Court, electrical gadgets fixed for the smooth hearing of cases had to be dismantled because the roof was still leaking.
As such no meaningful business could be conducted in the courtroom. The audience at the court had to wait outside as the judges conducted the sitting in their chambers.
In their bid to wipe some of the rain water, officials of the court placed rags at various points to wipe the pool of water on the floor.
At the Circuit Court Eight, Rubber buckets had been placed in the court room.
Officials of Circuit Court six had to wipe the water before the business of the day could start.
