About 20 households in the Bawku West District has been displaced after heavy down pour amidst storms destroyed their homes.
The storm hit the district on Thursday and destroyed a number of properties valued at about GH�34,000.
The communities affected included Sapeliga,Googo,Gbegizoa, and Galaka.
Mr Moses Aduk-Pam District Coordinator for the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) disclosed this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) at Zebilla.
He said the storm had worsened conditions of residents who are already engulfed in poverty
