Residents of Taifa woke up early friday morning to witness an untamed fire which broke out to consume two children, leaving behind their displaced ash; whilst the third victim, is reported to have escaped the ordeal with severe injuries.
An eyewitness, by name Kwabena Dwamena who was at the scene as at 1am, reported on Okay FM that the children were very young and only the eldest amongst them, managed to escape.
He revealed that as the time the police and fire officials arrived at the scene, there was absolutely nothing they could do to tame the fire.
The witness disclosed that from the little information he gathered about the cause of the fire, he was told a lighted candle ignited the inferno.
